This is a 5 bed ER with 6000 visits per year, so, if you're looking for a fast pace trauma center, this is not it. This is a hospital employed position with a guaranteed salary of $150,000 plus more for extra shifts and meeting patient satisfaction target, signing bonus of $25,000, and moving allowance of $15,000, there is full hospital benefits to include malpractice.
