It is the sole community provider for a medical service area of 40,000 population. This would be an hospital employed position with full benefits. Call would be 1:4. Along with a guaranteed base salary of $150,000 plus a production incentive (works out to be 43% of gross billings for annual compensation, there is a signing bonus of $25,000, and moving allowance of $15,000.
