In this role, you will lead timely processing and release of cellular therapy products from the laboratory, while training and supervising a talented, nationally certified, and engaged team of professionals. You will ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and Good Tissue Practice (cGTP) requirements, while also maintaining multiple laboratory accreditations and certifications, as part of the quality assurance team for the department. The Laboratory Supervisor is also responsible for writing and maintenance of technical and administrative SOPs. Join us, and spark continued achievement. Key Criteria Qualified candidates must have a bachelor's degree in medical technology or related science. Candidates with ASCP-certification or an advanced degree are preferred. A minimum of three years' supervisory experience and at least six years of clinical laboratory experience are required, along with NYS licensure.
