This Medical Center is a licensed 136 bed facility. It is the sole community provider for a medical service area of 40,000 population. This would be an hospital employed position with full benefits, to include malpractice insurance, health insurance, retirement, etc. Besides the base salary of $225,000 there is a production incentive, a signing bonus of $25,000 and moving allowance of $15,000.
