Beck-Field and Associates offers our clients the option of a contingency or a retained recruiting agreement, depending on several factors. The difficulty of your search, the number of vacancies you would like assistance with, and the time frame you need the search completed, would all be factors in the decision to implement either a contingency or retained agreement. 

Most of the clients currently engaged with Beck-Field are under a retained recruiting agreement.  A retained recruiting agreement ensures our clients of several advantages over a contingency agreement. Beck-Field will assign an account manager to each retained client.  This account manager is your personal liaison to provide you with updates on the status of your search. We also will make a site visit to personally ascertain your requirements and develop a strategic plan to fill your vacancy in the most cost effective and shortest amount of time possible.  Beck-Field will also assign specific consultants to work your staffing needs. Need one neurosurgeon?  We’ve got a physician specialist ready to go to work.  Need thirty five critical care nurses? Beck-Field has the necessary manpower to rapidly provide you with the critical care nurse candidates you need to staff your hospital.

We also offer on a limited basis contingency recruiting agreements. With the extremely high volume of physicians, nurses, and allied health personnel in contact with Beck-Field on a daily basis we can often find the candidates you need to fill your staffing vacancies.
